Les Enfants du Soleil - African Dance Theater is a powerful ensemble of master African dancers and music instructors from Guinea, Mali, Senegal, and the United States. Dircted and Choreographed by Pape N'Diaye.

Our mission is to provide authentic African cultural experiences through education and entertainment. Our goal is to raise the standards and elevate the perceptions of African dance in the minds of mainstream audiences.

The 6th ANNUAL NDAJE FESTIVAL - BOSTON !!!!

UPDATE:This multi-dimensional African extravaganza, now in its 6th year, begins on Thursday June 28, 2012 and the action continues until Sunday evening July 1, 2012. It is easy to see why the Ndaje Festival of African Music and Dance has sustained its popularity thus far as it has so much variety to offer its attendees. June 28 - July 1, 2012 is definitely not the year to miss!!

Also, the dynamic dance company, Les Enfants du Soleil African Dance Theater, will be performing at Kresge Auditorium at MIT on June 30, 2012! This spectacular company, created and directed by Pape N'Diaye of the National Ballet of Senegal has gained much acclaim since its' debut performance at the Ndaje Festival in 2009!

Pape N'Diaye is pleased to present Senegalese artist, Tacko Sissoko! Tacko Sissoko is a Master dancer coming from a well known griot family, indigenous of Mali, now living in Senegal. She is a seasoned, primary dancer of Le Ballet National du Senegal and has led the Ballet for more than 20 years. Tacko brings familiarity of unique, traditional dances from villages throughout Senegal and Mali.
