VENDORS
Thank you for your interest in vending at the 2012 Ndaje Festival in Boston. We are interested in having you vend. We will just need the following information from you:
CONTACT INFORMATION - NAME, PHONE NUMBER, PRODUCT LIST (what you intend to sell), VENDOR DAYS REQUESTED (Friday. Saturday, Sunday). Refer to the Ndaje Festival schedule to select the days that work for you.
NO FOOD VENDORS
2012 NDAJE FESTIVAL VENDOR DAYS AND FEES:
- Friday, June 29 - $55
- Saturday, June 30 - $65
- Sunday, July 1 - $75
- Friday & Saturday - June 29 + 30 - $100
- All Three Days - June 29 - July 1 - $160
VENDOR SET-UP/BREAKDOWN SCHEDULE
- 6/29 - Friday: 3:00pm - 9:00pm
- 6/30 - Saturday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
- 7/1 - Sunday: 8:30am - 8:00pm
SPACE & EQUIPMENT
The dance workshops will be held at the Dance Complex, which is located at 536 Mass Ave Cambridge, MA. Please bring your equipment to the vending area on the 4th floor. Please limit your vending area to no more than 10' x 6" area. We will supply each vendor with one table (if needed) and two chairs as available.
PAYMENT
Once you have chosen the days to vend, use the "Buy Now Button" below to complete your purchase. You will have until June 26, 2012 to make your purchase, registration will close on June 26, 2012. Please note that there is NO BOOTH SHARING. Each vendor must be approved to vend at the Dance Complex.
